Ingredients

  • st layer:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick oleo (I use butter)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)
  • nd layer:
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip (use an 8 oz. tub)
  • rd layer:
  • 2 small packages chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • Chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

1st layer:
Preheat over @300 degrees. Mix flour & butter together until combined. Add nuts. Press into 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool.

2nd layer:
Mix cream cheese & sugar together until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Spread on top of 1st layer.

3rd layer:
Mix together for 2 minutes then pour on top of 2nd layer.

4th layer: Rest of Cool Whip used from layer #2

Spread Cool Whip on top of 3rd layer. Sprinkle nuts on top is desired or leave off.
