Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 1 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- CAKE
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup creamilk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 oz jic hopped chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
SAUCE
Whisk boiling water with brown sugar, cocoa and corn syrup. Set aside
CAKE
Stir flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In bowl mix oil, eggs, cream and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients a gently fold in chocolate. Spread batter in a greased 10" baking dish. Pour sauce over cake. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
