Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup warm water
  • 3 tbs olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 1/2 flour
  • 1 tbs instant yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Drizzle 1-2 tbs olive oil on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

Combine all ingredients and beat on high for 60 seconds.

Scoop the sticky batter into prepared pan, cover, let rise at room temperature for 60 minutes until it becomes puffy.

Preheat oven at 375°. Gently poke the dough all over with index finer.

Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with pizza seasoning or dried Italian herbs.

Bake until golden brown - about 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and wait 5 minutes. Then turn it out of pan onto wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
