- 1/4 TSP GROUND MUSTARD
- 1/2 CUP MUSTARD
- 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR

Step 1
SOAK BEANS OVER NIGHT SIMMER BEANS
IN SAME WATER 1 – 2 HR DRAIN LIQUID
RESERVE LIQUID. PREHEAT OVEN AT 325 F
PLACE ½ BEANS IN LARGE CASSEROLE DISH
LAYER BACON AND ONIONS, IN A SAUCE
PAN COMBINE REAMING INGREDIENTS
BRING INGREDIENTS TO A BOIL, POUR OVER
BEANS. TAKE RESERVED LIQUID POUR
OVER BEANS TO COVER. BAKE 3 TO 4 HR
ADD MORE LIQUID IF TO DRY.
