Toss ingredients in a bowl and set aside in an air tight container.

*Dressing:*
3 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon ginger, peeled and finely grated
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup rice vinegar
4 tablespoon furikake
1 tablespoon shoyu
2 teaspoon fish sauce
3 limes, juiced
White pepper to taste
Fresh chilies, to taste (optional)

Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour over cole slaw when ready to serve.

Tips: If time permits, prepare cole slaw and dressing a day prior to serving. Dressing will keep in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

If you prefer a well marinated cole slaw, marinate with dressing 2 hours before serving.

If you prefer a crunchier cole slaw, mix with dressing just 1 hour before serving.
