Ingredients
- First ten days:
- 1/2 cups starter
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- Lg. can peaches chopped, with juice
- Second ten:
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 lg. can pineapple, chopped, with juice
- Third ten:
- 2- 9oz bottles maraschino cherries, chopped and drained
- For cake:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 heaping tbsp flour
- 1 box vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cups fruit mix
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Add ingredients listed to starter every ten days and stir daily.
At end:
Drain juice from fruit overnight and save 1 1/2 cups for yourself.
Divide fruit into 3. Can be frozen.
Combine cake ingredients and place in greased and floured tube pan at 325 for about 1 hour 15 min.
Serve with cream cheese icing.
