- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 pork chops
- Salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the beer, brown sugar and ketchup in a medium bowl. Set aside.
2. Coat pork chops with salt and pepper. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Cook the pork
chops for 3 minutes on each side over medium heat. Pour the beer mixture over the pork
chops and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 10-15
minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center reads 160 degrees F.
3. Remove pork chops from skillet and cover to keep warm. Let the sauce simmer until it has
reduced to ¾ cup, about 5 minutes. Pour sauce over the pork and serve immediately
