Ingredients

  • 1

    Ib boneless beef

  • ¼

    cup oil

  • 1

    tbsp soy sauce

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    tsp pepper

  • ¼

    tsp ginger

  • cup water

  • ½

    cup celery, chopped

  • 1

    cup chopped onion

  • 1

    cup green pepper, cut

  • Rice

Directions

Cut steak into thin pieces, brown in oil. Add soy sauce, seasonings and 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer for 45 min or until tender. Add celery, onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Stir in cornstarch or flour to thicken. Serve over rice.
