• 12 cups applesauce (I made my own, but you can also use out of a jar)
• 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
• 6 T. balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 cup butter (+ 1/4 cup for later)
• 3 T. ground cinnamon
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. ground cloves
• 4 tsp. vanilla
