Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 sticks butter, unsalted and room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- Filling:
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon zes
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- Topping:
- 2 cups confectionary sugar
- 1/4 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350*
13 x 9 pan
Crust:
In mixer, cream butter and sugar and then add flour. Press dough into pan. Chill 15 minutes.
Filling:
Mix eggs and sugar together in bowl. Add lemon zest, juice and flour. Pour onto crust. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely.
Topping:
Mix confectionary sugar with water until cream and white and pour over filling.
