Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 stick butter (room temperature)
- 3 3/4 c. confectioners' sifted sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Put cream cheese & butter in a large mixing bowl. Blend with electric mixer on low speed until combined 30 sec. Stop the machine and add confectioners' sugar, a bit at a time, using mixer on low speed until the sugar is well incorporated. Add vanilla, then increase the mixer speed to medium & blend until fluffy.
