  • 2 pounds Gouda cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups curly noodles, cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound sausage, cut into chunks, (I use kielbasa)
  • 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 1 can sliced tomatoes

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut 6 or 7 slices of cheese. Cube remaining cheese. I

In a 4-quart casserole layer, 1/2 noodles, all of the sausage, tomato, and cheese cubes. Layer remaining noodles and cheese slices on top. Combine eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour slowly over noodles, allowing it to seep between the ingredients.

Cover and bake for 60 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
