Ingredients
- 1 lb. new potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tea. chili powder
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
Put potatoes in a pot of cold salted water; bring to a boil and cook until tender, 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes.
Melt the butter in a saucepan with the chili powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the potatoes.
