  • 1 1/2 LBS ROUND STEAK COOKED AND CUT INTO 1 INCH CUBES
  • 1 PKG FROZEN BABY CARROTS
  • 1 PKG FROZEN PEAS AND PEARL ONIONS
  • 1 LARGE BAKING POTATO COOKED PEELED AND CUT INTO 1/2
  • 1 JAR 8OZ HOME-STYLE BROWN GRAVY
  • 1/2 TSP DRIED THYME LEAVES
  • 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 CAN REFRIGERATED FLAKY BUTTERMILK BISCUITS

Step 1

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375, SPRAY DISH WITH NON STICK SPRAY. COMBINE STEAK, FROZEN VEGETABLES AND POTATOES IN DISH. STIR IN GRAVY, THYME, AND PEPPER. BAKE UNCOVERED 40 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN INCREASE OVEN TO 400 TOP WITH BISCUITS AND BAKE 8-10 MINUTES OR UNTIL BISCUITS ARE GOLDEN BROWN.
