Ingredients
- 1/8 lb spaghetti
- 3 tbs soy sauce, divided
- 1 1/2 tbs brown sugar, divided
- 2 tbs water
- 3/4 lb chicken cut into strips
- 2 tsp peanut oil
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 lg garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 c shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 c grated carrot
- 1 c thinly sliced green onions

Step 1
Cook spaghetti; drain and set aside.
Combine 1 tbs soy sauce and 1 tbs brown sugar with water; pour over chicken and marinate 30 minutes.
Drain chicken and discard marinade.
Heat oil in pan. Stir-fry chicken about 3 minutes; remove from pan.
Combine remaining 2 tbs soy sauce and remaining 1/2 tbs brown sugar with vinegar, l emon juice, garlic, sesame oil and red pepper flakes; pour over chicken and set aside.
To the hot pan add cabbage, carrot and green onions; stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in chicken with sauce and cooked spaghetti.
