Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 cans salmon, drained and liquid reserved
- 1/2 white onion, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 c seasoned bread crumbs
- dash of ground pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- Old Bay Seasoning
- salt to taste
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 c sour cream
- juice of 1 lime
- zest from 2 limes
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. Form into patties. If the texture is too dry, add the reserved liquid a little at a time.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook salmon cakes for 3-5 minutes on each side.
4. Combine sauce ingredients. Serve over salmon cakes.
