Ingredients
- 1 lb plain M & Ms
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees
1. Chop 1 1/2 cup of the M&Ms, save remainder for
decoration
2. Stir together flour, baking soda, & salt
3. Cream/beat the butter & sugar in a large bowl
4. Add eggs and vanilla
5. Gradually beat in the flour mixture
6. Add chopped M&Ms and the nuts
7. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto lightly greased
baking sheet
8. Bake @ 350 degrees for 5 - 7 minutes
9. Remove from oven; put three whole M&Ms on top
10. Return to oven and bake 3-5 minutes more or
until light brown.
11. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire rack
or paper towel
