Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chilled butter
- 2 T whipping cream
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 cups sliced strawberries (or peaches)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 T flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in the 1/2 cup of butter until crumbs. Stir in the cream and pat dough into bottom of pan.
Combine 1/2 cup flour and sugar. Sprinkle over crust and put the sliced fruit on top.
For topping, mix the sugar and flour. Stir in the eggs, cream, and vanilla. Pour over top of fruit in pan. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on rack; store in refrigerator. Serve warm or chilled, with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream.
