Ingredients
- 3 T honey
- 3 T Dijion mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 (6oz) salmon steaks
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard and lemon juice. Spread mixture over the salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a meduim baking dish. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
