Ingredients
- 2 (5-oz.) salmon fillets, skin on
- 1 Tablespoon honey mustard
- 1/3 cup panko
- 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 400F. Place salmon, skin-side down, on small foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Spread mustard over top.
2. Combine panko, paprika and salt in small bowl; stir in oil. Sprinkle over salmon, patting lightly to adhere.
3. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until browned and salmon just begins to flake.
