Ingredients
- 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) pinto beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 cup mild salsa
- 2 cans (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chili’s
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-2 cups water to thin out to liking
- Optional Toppings: Shredded cheddar cheese, scallions, sour cream, tortilla chips, avocado

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saute pan, add oil, garlic and onion and cook until softened.
Add turkey and cook until browned.
Add all remaining ingredients into crock pot.
Cook on low 4 hour- 6 hours.
Use water to thin out soup if desired.
Add optional toppings and enjoy!
