Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 2 Eggs room temperature
- 1/2 tsp. Grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 8 oz pkgs Cream cheese room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1 cup Heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt. Mix well. Add cream cheese, beat on medium speed til smooth and well blended. Stir in cream. Pour on top of baked crust. Bake 55 minutes.
Immediately run spatula around edge to loosen and prevent from cracking. Cool on wire rack 1 hour then cover and chill 4-5 hours before cutting. 410 calories each without topping.
