Sweet Potato Souffle

My Recipe :o)

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 4 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes
• 1 Cup of Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• 1/2 Tsp Salt
• 1/3 Stick of Butter Melted
• 1 Tsp Vanilla
• 1 Cup of Brown sugar
• 1/2 Cup Flour
• 1/3 Cup Butter Melted
• 1 Cup Pecans chopped/chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Mix all ingredients well and pour into a buttered pan.
Topping: Mix and crumble evenly on-top of Potato Mix.
Bake for 35-40 minutes
