  • 1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 12 ounces frozen tater tots

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer tater tots in bottom of greased 13x9 dish. Combine cooked ground beef with taco seasoning and mushroom soup. Spread over tater tots. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook for 50 minutes.

NOTE: If using frozen cooked beef, thaw and warm. Combine with taco seasoning and mushroom soup. Spread over tater tots. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook for 50 minutes.
