Ingredients

catfish fillet - 1 per person
paprika - 2 tsp
tarragon - 2 tsp
basil - 2 tsp
pepper - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
cajun spice - 1 tsp

Preparation

Step 1

mix all spices in vitamix
pour spices into dredge dish
pat each fillet in spices
place fillets on large baking dish
preheat oven to 420
bake 25 min or until fish flakes easily with fork
drizzle 2 TB oil over top
