Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tblsp cake enhancer
- 1-1/2 tsp bkg powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tblsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Frosting
- 6 tblsp butter
- 1/3 cup shortening
- Pinch salt
- 4-5 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup, or so, milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Grease or line 1 cookie sheet
Combine all dry ingredients, grate the butter in, theme mix together as you would pie dough. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet, mixing till incorporated. Pour into pan.
Bake for 16-18 minutes. Cool before frosting.
Frosting
Beat the shortening, butter and salt till fluffy and then add the sugar, vanilla and milk till desired consistency.
