Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked medium pasta shells (about 1/2 lb. dried), rinsed and cool
- 1 - 6 oz. can water packed tuna, drained
- 12 cup peas, lightly cooked
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tea. Dijon mustard
- 2 tea. worcestershire sauce3
- 2 tea. olive oil
- 2 tea. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. capers, drained
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Toss the pasta together with the tuna, peas, bell pepper, celery, and onions.
In another bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients except the capers and parsley. Stir the dressing into the shells mixture. Toss in the capers and parsley.
