- 16 OZ RIOCATTA CHEESE
- 1 EGG
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 3/4 LB MOZZARELLA CHEESE
- 3/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE

STIRR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS SIMMER
COOK NOODLES. COMBINE RICOTTA W/ EGG
1 TBSP PARSLEY AND ½ TSP SALT, LAY IN
MEAT, SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE
LAY IN MEAT SAUCE, NOODLES, ½ RICOTTA
1/3 MOZZARELLA CHEESE, NOODLES ,
REPEAT TILL DONE, BAKE AT 375 COVERED
FOR 25 MIN REMOVE COVER TILL BROWN
