Ingredients

  • 1 3/4

    cup chopped onion

  • 3

    cup chopped celery

  • 3

    cup butter and or broth combination

  • 1-2

    T salt

  • 1

    T thyme

  • 1 1/2

    T sage

  • 1 1/2

    tsp pepper

  • 2-3

    loaves of bread cubed

Directions

-Melt butter in large sauté pan. -Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. -Add seasoning and cook til fragrant. -Pour butter mixture and broth if using any over bread. -Make adjustment to taste with S&P if necessary . -Mix well, pour into baking dish. -Bake at 325* for 30 min
