Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 5 T shortening
  • 3 chopped onions
  • (COOK TILL HAMB. DONE)
  • (MIX:)
  • 2 c. corn meal
  • 2 T allspice
  • 1 sm. box chili powder
  • 2 T rubbed sage
  • 1 T ground cumin
  • 3 t. salt
  • 2 T black pepper (6T)
  • 2 t cayenne (5t)
  • 1 t paprika
  • 3 qts. boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Cook hamburger. Add 3 quarts boiling water. Add corn meal w/ spices mixed in. Makes a 6 quart pan.
