- 4 OZ PIMENTO STRIPS - GARNISH

DICE GREEN PEPPER-MINCE ONION -SET ASIDE
DRAIN PINEAPPLE-SET ASIDE-
CHOP PECANS IN PROCESSOR -ADD CREAM
CHEESE,PINEAPPLE AND SALT TO THE
PROCESSOR - COMBINE ALL ABOUT 10 SEC.
ADD GREEN PEPPER AND ONION PULSE TO MIX
PLACE ALL ON PLASTIC WRAP AND WRAP UP
AND REFERGERATE FOR 1 HOUR AT LEAST - REMOVE AND SHAPE INTO DESIRED
FORM - GARNISH WITH PIMENTO - SERVE WITH
ASSORTED CEACKERS.
