Ingredients

  • 2 C. Chicken Broth
  • 2 T. White Wine
  • 1/4 Onion, peeled
  • 1 Celery Stalk, halved
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples, quartered (seeds removed)
  • 2 Potatoes, Baked & quartered
  • 1/8 t. Dried Thyme
  • 1/8 t. Nutmeg
  • Pinch of White Pepper
  • 1 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients, except the cheese, into a blender (Blendtec) in the order listed; secure the lid.

Blend for 6-7 minutes on high or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.

Reduce the blender's speed and carefully remove the lid. Drop in the cheese & blend for 15 more seconds.
