- Butter, softened
- Crushed garlic
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- Bay Leaf
- Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Can Beer

Step 1
Steaming Method:
In a steamer pot pour can of beer and place a bay leaf in pot. Bring to boil. Put crab legs, old bay, crab legs, old bay alternating.
Steam 5 -7 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the legs as they have already been cooked once.
Baking Method:
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees
Place legs on baking sheet. Brush legs with butter or oil, seasoning, lemon juice.
Bake 8-9 minutes.
Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges
