  • /2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 pork tenderloins (1-1/2 to 2 pounds)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.

2. In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Rub pork with sage, salt, and pepper. Add pork to skillet and brown on all sides.

3. Add water then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook 15 to 17 minutes, or until desired doneness.

4. Sprinkle with parsley, cut into thin slices, and serve with pan drippings.
