Step 1
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL COMBINE CRUSHED COOKIES AND CREAM CHEESE. BEAT WITH MIXER ON LOW UNTIL WELL BLENDED. FORM INTO 1 INCH BALLS BY HAND. DIP BALLS IN WHITE CHOCOLATE AND PLACE ON BAKING SHEET COVERED IN PARCHMENT PAPER. CHILL 1 HOUR AND STORE COVERED IN REFRIGERATOR.
