- 6 – 8 CUT CARROTS
- 1 CUP RED WINE ( OPTIONAL )
- 3 CUPS BEEF BROTH
- 1 TSP ROSEMARY
- 1 TSP THYME

ADD ALL INGREADENTS INTO DEEP
BAKE IN 350 F OVEN FOR 1 ½ TO 2 HR
