Everybody's Favorite Salad

A popular salad at large gatherings! From Gayle Baumgard, an old friend from home.

Ingredients

• 2 pkgs. strawberry jello
• 1 c. hot water
• 2 pkg. frozen strawberries
• 1 can pinneapple tidbits, drained
• 2 bananas
• 1/2 pint of sour cream

Cooking time 50mins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except for the sour cream.
Put 1/2 of the mixture in a large, preferrably glass, salad bowl.
Spread sour cream over the top of the first layer of mixture.
Pour the other half of the mixture on top of the sour cream.
Chill
Serve
