Ingredients

  • 12 (2 1/2-inch) graham cracker squares
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 (4-serving size) packages Jello sugar-free instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 3 cups Diet Mountain Dew
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Lite

Preparation

Step 1

Evenly arrange 9 graham crackers in a 9-by-9-inch cake pan. In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a sturdy spoon until soft. Add dry pudding mix, milk powder and Diet Mountain Dew. Mix well using a wire whisk. Fold in Cool Whip lite. Evenly spread filling mixture over graham crackers. Crush remaining 3 graham crackers. Evenly sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into servings.
