  • 1 LBS ITALIAN SAUSAGE
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC MINCED
  • 28 OZ BEEF BROTH
  • 14 1/2 OZ ITALIAN DICED TOMATO
  • 1 CUP SLICED CARROTS
  • 14 1/2 OZ GREAT NORTHERN BEANS
  • 2 SMALL ZUCCHINI CUBED
  • 2 CUP SPINACH SHREDDED
  • 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  • 1/4 TSP SALT

Preparation

Step 1

IN A STOCK POT, BROWN SAUSAGE WITH
GARLIC, STIR IN BROTH, TOMATOES, CARROT
SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER, REDUCE
HEAT LET SIMMER 15 MINS. ADD IN
BEANS W LIQUID AND ZUCCHINI COVER
LET SIMMER ANOTHER 15 MINS OT TILL
ZUCCHINI IS TENDER, SERVE WHILE
