Ingredients
- 1 cup Grits
- 4 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or Velveda) Butter

Step 1
Boil water, add salt. Stir in grits slowly, stirring. Return to a boil and reduce heat. Add about 1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese and serve hot when cheese is melted.
