Baked Sausage Spaghetti 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into small pieces
  • 3 med. onions, chopped
  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 3 C. canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 4 ripe olives, pitted and chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Fry sausage, add onions and brown. Add mushrooms, brown lightly and add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Let simmer over low fire until thickened. While sauce simmers, cook spaghetti in boiling water until tender. Drain and put in an oiled baking dish.

Add olives to sauce. Pour sauce over spaghetti and mix well. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
