Ingredients

  • 1 2lb basic white bread or dinner roll bread machine dough recipie.
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 10 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Step 1

roll dough into roughly 64 1/2" dough balls. Coat bundt pan with 2 tablespoons of softened butter.

Mix light brown sugar and cinnamon together in medium sized bowl. Melt remaining 8 tablespoons of butter in small bowl. Dip each dough ball into butter and then into cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated and place into prepared pan.

Preheat oven until it just reaches 200 degrees. Turn oven off and place bundt pan covered with plastic wrap inside to allow dough to rise for 50 to 60 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 and bake bread for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool and set up slightly for 5 minutes (no longer or sugar will harden and stick inside pan) before turning bread out.

While bread is cooling, mix together confectioners sugar and milk with a whisk until smooth. Pour glaze over top of bread, slice and serve.
