Ingredients
- 8 cups All purpose flour
- 1/3 cup baking powder
- 8 tsp sugar (optional)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shortening

Preparation
Step 1
Use a pastry blender to cut in shortening. The mixture will resemble coarse meal.
Store in a container with a tight-fitting lid until needed.
Can be stored on pantry shelf under normal temperature conditions 70-75 degrees - otherwise store in refrigerator.
Use within 3 months.
