Ingredients
- 1 . SALAD : Edit Delete
- 1 ) 1 pound bag fresh spinach Edit Delete
- 2 ) 1 can bean sprouts, drained Edit Delete
- 3 ) 1 can water chestnuts, drained Edit Delete
- 4 ) 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced Edit Delete
- 5 ) 6-8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled Edit Delete

- Tear spinach into small pieces. Add sprouts, water chestnuts, bacon and eggs. Toss with dressing, serve immediately. (Sprinkle bacon and eggs on top, if desired.)
