Ingredients

    . SALAD : Edit Delete

    ) 1 pound bag fresh spinach Edit Delete

    ) 1 can bean sprouts, drained Edit Delete

  • 3

    ) 1 can water chestnuts, drained Edit Delete

  • 4

    ) 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced Edit Delete

  • 5

    ) 6-8 slices bacon, fried crisp & crumbled Edit Delete

  • Add Ingredient to this Sub Section

  • Tear spinach into small pieces. Add sprouts, water chestnuts, bacon and eggs. Toss with dressing, serve immediately. (Sprinkle bacon and eggs on top, if desired.)

SALAD DRESSING: Edit Delete 1) 1 cup oil Edit Delete 2) 2/3 cup sugar Edit Delete 3) 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Edit Delete 4) 1 medium onion, grated Edit Delete 5) 1/3 cup ketchup Edit Delete 6) 1/4 cup vinegar Edit Delete 7) salt & pepper to taste Edit Delete Add Ingredient to this Sub Section Combine all ingredients in a quart jar. Shake until thoroughly mixed. Let stand.
