Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 24 eggs
- 2 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Pour melted butter into a glass 9x13" baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and salt until well blended. Gradually whisk in milk. Pour egg mixture into the baking dish.
3. Bake uncovered for 10 mins, then stir and bake and additional 10-15 mins, or until eggs are set. Serve immediately.
