  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbs vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 1 cup real hot water
  • 2 tsp soda

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 minutes. Bake on 350° for 40 minutes.
