- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Preparation
Step 1
Place the milk, egg and egg white in a blender.
Process on medium speed until combined. Add the whole wheat flour nd process again on medium speed until combined. Add the whole wheat flour and process again on medium speed until smooth, about l minute, stopping and scraping down the sides of the container as necessary.
Prepare crepe pan according to manufactures directions.
