  • 1 Tbsp fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb Salmon with or without skin, four 6 oz pieces
  • 1 spray Cooking Spray

Step 1

Preheat broiler. Combine first 7 ingredients and stir well with a whisk. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with honey misture; cook 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with honey mixture.
