Ingredients
- Chicken Filets or Tenders
- 1 egg
- 2 Tablespoon water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1/2 C Italian flavored dry breadcrumbs
- olive oil
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- mozzarella cheese
- spaghetti

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg w/water, salt & seasoned pepper. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then breadcrumbs. Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet. Drain on paper towels. Keep warm.
Place chicken on foiled cookie sheet. Top w/spaghetti sauce & cheese. Bake at 350 degrees. 15 min.
Serve w/spaghetti & extra sauce
